Install Oil Monitor firmware

Use Chrome or Edge on a laptop. Plug the AtomS3 Lite in with a USB-C data cable, then press the button.

This browser can't talk to USB devices. Use Chrome or Edge on a laptop. USB access needs this page to be opened over HTTPS.
  1. Pick the port that appears (often "USB JTAG/serial debug unit").
  2. Choose Install Oil Monitor and allow it to erase the device.
  3. When it finishes, choose Connect to Wi-Fi and enter your home Wi-Fi.
  4. Unplug. From now on updates arrive over Wi-Fi.

If the port doesn't appear: hold the AtomS3's reset button for about 2 seconds until the LED turns green, then try again.
